Who can Participate?
Our program is open to:
IT graduates, both freshers and experienced (up to 1 Year), as well as individuals looking to switch careers.
Qualification:
Strong knowledge, or any course or certification in the below technologies
- C#,.Net
- SQL Server
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- React Js
- React Native

What is the Learning Process?
The SPROUT program is a 3-month training period where trainees will:
- Be assigned a mentor(s)
- Engage in self-learning
- Receive weekly evaluations and feedback
- Performers will be retained after 2-3 weeks of evaluation
- Upon successful completion, trainees will be absorbed as full-time GENIX employees
What are the Perks Provided?
Selected trainees will receive a monthly stipend of up to Rs 15,000 during the training period.
