HR – IT Recruiter


  • Specialized in hiring for Software Development positions (Freshers/Experienced).
  • Understand company’s resource needs and create a database of qualified candidates to recruit.
  • Good sourcing, screening, validating profiles, and having very good interview follow-ups
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with the hiring managers
  • Maintain Recruitment trackers
  • Network with the potential candidates on various social media groups, and platforms.
  • Work with the marketing team to create appropriate social media banners/posts for the requirements he/she is working on
  • Maintain cordial relationships with the select candidates and handhold them throughout the hiring cycle
  • Responsible for bringing candidates onboard seamlessly.

Tech Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Recruitment (Not Mandatory)
  • IT Recruitment experience is preferable.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be willing to work independently on requirements
